Speaking with our users is an important part of the user research process. It allows us to understand our users’ needs in regards to using our product, and it gives us insights into how best we can improve our app. This is why we’d like to invite you to do a one-on-one user interview with us via Zoom. This will take no longer than 30 mins.

What is a user interview?

User interviews are usually 30-60 minute conversations between a researcher (Caroline) and a participant (hopefully, you.) The aim of user interviews is to gain insight into the participant’s/user’s needs, feelings, motivations, and current pain points in regards to a product. We will not be asking you any questions about your measurements or your health. We simply want to understand more about how you use the app.
